Designed as an electronic flipbook that is continually updated online, the Parker Power Generation Interactive Resource Guide incorporates Parker products and technology platforms related to power generation into one comprehensive guide.

The guide contains a detailed listing of every product, subsystem, and system that Parker offers in combustion turbine, combined cycle, coal-fired, and nuclear power plants. It calls out specific areas of the power plants in which Parker offers breakthrough technologies, including air quality monitoring, water filtration, energy storage and conversion, biogas, and nuclear power.

David Martinsen, Global Sales Manager, Aftermarket, says the guide is a first for Parker and the power industry as a whole, offering customers an interactive, web-based electronic means to quickly find, specify, and order a particular product.

“Utilizing electronic flipbook technology, users can ‘flip’ through pages that turn, like in a book; ‘click’ on tabs for easy page navigation; and ‘link’ to additional Parker product information hosted separately online, such as data sheets, brochures, and catalogs,” Martinsen said.

The guide highlights Parker’s modern, more energy-efficient technology solutions that can be used to solve current issues with power plant equipment; help improve system reliability and lower life cycle costs; or meet new, stringent air pollution emissions regulations. The guide can be downloaded from Parker’s website as a .pdf or .zip file.
